A tamper label is an economical way of tamper proofing your product container.
Tamper labels are placed over a container lid and are used to indicate if it has been tampered with, insuring the product inside is protected. These labels are ideal for health & beauty, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage products. There are a number of variations of the tamper label that are available. The most straightforward being a standard pressure sensitive label that extends over the lid and down the side of the container. Another option is to incorporate the tamper label into the cap label to create a single label, thus reducing application time and providing a cohesive design.
A shrink sleeve can also be used as a tamper seal if it extends over the lid of the container with a “T” perforation.
A shrink sleeve can also be used as a tamper seal if it extends over the lid of the container with a “T” perforation. A tamper perforation in the shape of a “T” is inserted around the lid of the container so that the top of the sleeve is removed before the product can be opened without destroying the remainder of the sleeve. Also available is a self-destructive void tamper label. When the label is removed it rips leaving "void" wording behind on the container.
