Dion Label Printing, Inc. is searching for an Experienced Digicon Finishing Operator for our 2nd shift to support our growth.  Second shift is a 4-day, 10-hour/day shift. Please check out our website blog to learn more about who we are.


Title: Digicon Finishing Operator

Department(s): Digital

Reports to: Digital Department Manager


The responsibility of a finishing press operator is to run the production jobs.  This is accomplished through working with Press Assistants on job prep, running the press, and maintaining of the press and job materials during the production run.


  • Operate Finishing press
  • Maintain daily finishing production logs
  • Monitor quality of job output for correctness and quality
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability diagnose and correct operating problems affecting the quality of finished product
  • Ability to read and understand job specifications, printing procedures, quality control procedures, and finishing procedures
  • Attention to detail is a must


  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Able to read a ruler


  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Must be able to remain on feet for long periods of time
