Marketing Office Assistant

Dion Label Printing, Inc. is seeking a part-time marketing office assistant. We are looking for a quality-driven individual who can work at a fast pace to assist our marketing team with day to day tasks.

Key Tasks:

  • Create and send out sample packets, material forms, tradeshow and campaign mailings
  • New prospect entry and maintenance in CRM
  • Department and sample inventory management & ordering
  • Maintain appearance of company product displays
  • Assist marketing and events committee with internal event planning

Position Details:

  • 4-5 hour days, 12-15 hours a week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday preferable


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
  • Exposure to general business processes
  • Frequent walking and minor labor involved in day to day tasks
