Personal care products have always played an important role for consumers. From essential items like shampoos and soaps to luxury products for at-home facials, there is massive potential for companies to be successful in this market and have a positive impact on the lives of their customers. Making headway in a market flooded with companies making similar products, however, can be a challenge.

Dion Label Printing has a versatile solution for personal care brands: flexible packaging. The benefits flexible packaging offers are many, and we offer a variety of flexible packaging options as described below. For all of them, we print the material with your artwork and information, ship them to you in rolls, and you or your filler fills and seals them. Our flexible packaging options enable your art to be the packaging. We carry FDA-approved materials and offer a variety of size options.

SAMPLE POUCHES

You want to get your product in the hands of as many people as possible, but customers can be tough nuts to crack when it comes to trying new things. From their prospective, buying an unfamiliar product, especially a new personal care product, has risks associated with it. Without something to incentivize them, most people are likely to stick with the things they know.

Consumers are, however, much more likely to purchase a product they’ve never tried before if it’s offered in a smaller trial size because the risk seems smaller too! Brands who exclusively offer their products in a standard, full size could be missing the opportunity for a sale. By giving your consumer a trial size of your product at a lower cost than your standard-sized product, you will appeal to consumers who have not yet established loyalty with your brand.

SINGLE SERVE POUCHES

In today’s hectic world, people are always looking for products that save time or simplify their routines. Pouches offer a great opportunity to make things easy for your customers. For personal care products pouches, sachets, and other forms of flexible packaging can make it incredibly easy for your customers to make sure they are using the appropriate amount of your product.

Many personal care companies are capitalizing on the use of single serve packaging for products like facial masks, bath salts and powders, and even lotions and soaps for on-the-go use. Single serve pouches can help all kinds of personal care brands reach busy consumers and create brand loyalty if they can easily bring their personal care products with them even when they’re traveling.

Flexible packaging is a unique way to give your product a high level of shelf appeal and reach more consumers, and Dion Label Printing is one of the only North American packaging companies to offer both digital and flexographic printing for flexible packaging. Read more here.

As part of Inovar Packaging Group, Dion Label Printing is working to creating a world-class enterprise by building an innovative platform to drive sustainable growth and handle the increasingly complex demands of our diverse range of customers. Over the last several years, our parent company Inovar has acquired new facilities at a quick pace, including, most recently: Cimarron Label in Sioux Falls, SD and Amherst Label in Milford, NH. Acquiring is a major part of Inovar’s strategy to grow the company and better serve our customers and our internal teams, and we are concurrently working to expand our capacity, capabilities, and service offerings in other ways. To that end Inovar has recently moved into a newly renovated headquarters building in Dallas, TX. Located just a short distance from Inovar’s previous facility headquarters, the new location was built to showcase the mission of our brand. At triple the size of the last facility, this brand new building with its huge increase in both office and production space will enable us to provide even more solutions and support to our customers. The new facility is not just larger, however. In order to increase our capacity, capabilities, and offerings, and give our customers the highest quality labels and packaging solutions, we’ve added two new flexographic presses and a new digital press. Our Director of Marketing, Ashley Stewart, states, “the additional capacity, services, and embellishment capabilities will greatly increase our ability to meet all the requirements of even the most demanding brands. The team is thrilled to debut the new facility and showcase our capabilities to our existing and future customers.” We also have other expansions in the works. An addition of almost 20,000 additional square feet of production and warehousing space will expand Inovar’s Milwaukee, WI, location, Flexo-Graphics, and its presence in the area. We are excited for the opportunities our growth provides us to continue our rise as a premier label and packaging solution provider. Contact us today and let our growth help fuel yours.
