At Dion Label Printing, we are always striving to innovate our processes and make the experience of our customers as simple and pleasant as possible. We also take the requests and suggestions of our customers to heart. To that end, we’ve developed a new web-based customer portal that integrates with our internal Management Information System (MIS). Not only does Dion provide you with impeccable quality labels and outstanding customer support, now you will be able to conveniently check your order status, product details, and much more directly from your device!


With our online portal, you can track orders, compile communications and get labels faster. This web-based portal is accessible on any device 24/7. All orders, schedules and internal communications are readily available with one login. Simply log in wherever you are and find what you need.

MY ACCOUNT PAGE:

When you log in to our portal, you will be brought to your account page. Here you will be able to update your profile, change your password and update any notification settings you desire.


ORDER HISTORY:

You will see a listing of your most recent orders here.


  • The list of your orders will show as most recent at the top to oldest on the bottom
  • You can use the search bars to quickly locate a certain order
  • When you click on an order, it will bring up a detailed order history such as:
  • Ordered by, order date, delivery method, quantities and products ordered, PO numbers, packing slips, and invoices


OUR PRODUCTS:

You will see all of your active products here.


  • You can change the view of this page to fit your needs. You can view as images or in a list form
  • You can sort your products by different categories such as:
  • Product ID, description, shape, group ID, size across, and size around
  • You can also use the search bar to quickly look for a certain product or navigate through your products using the page arrows
  • When you click on a product, you will see all the products details such as:
  • product size, material, number of colors, finishing details, and packaging details
  • You can also download an image of the product file and view the PDF proof of the product

Parent Company Inovar Continues Growing: New Headquarters in Dallas, TX

As part of Inovar Packaging Group, Dion Label Printing is working to creating a world-class enterprise by building an innovative platform to drive sustainable growth and handle the increasingly complex demands of our diverse range of customers. Over the last several years, our parent company Inovar has acquired new facilities at a quick pace, including, most recently: Cimarron Label in Sioux Falls, SD and Amherst Label in Milford, NH. Acquiring is a major part of Inovar’s strategy to grow the company and better serve our customers and our internal teams, and we are concurrently working to expand our capacity, capabilities, and service offerings in other ways. To that end Inovar has recently moved into a newly renovated headquarters building in Dallas, TX. Located just a short distance from Inovar’s previous facility headquarters, the new location was built to showcase the mission of our brand. At triple the size of the last facility, this brand new building with its huge increase in both office and production space will enable us to provide even more solutions and support to our customers. The new facility is not just larger, however. In order to increase our capacity, capabilities, and offerings, and give our customers the highest quality labels and packaging solutions, we’ve added two new flexographic presses and a new digital press. Our Director of Marketing, Ashley Stewart, states, “the additional capacity, services, and embellishment capabilities will greatly increase our ability to meet all the requirements of even the most demanding brands. The team is thrilled to debut the new facility and showcase our capabilities to our existing and future customers.”  We also have other expansions in the works. An addition of almost 20,000 additional square feet of production and warehousing space will expand Inovar’s Milwaukee, WI, location, Flexo-Graphics, and its presence in the area.
