Erin Foley has been part of the Dion Label Printing team for nearly two years. She currently has a dual role, as both a Customer Support Specialist and our Receptionist. Her wide range of duties include everything from answering phones, greeting guests, filing, and entering orders. On a day-to-day basis, Erin works with our production team and our customers to make sure the best label possible is achieved for every product.
Like many other employees of Dion, Erin told us that what she loves most about her job is her coworkers. “Everyone here is super supportive and knowledgeable,” she stated. “Simply good, down-to-earth people. I have felt like family since day one!”
While the COVID-19 pandemic has caused an untold number of issues across the globe, one positive was that it brought Erin to Dion. We asked her what initially drew her to the company, and she said “I was laid off on Tuesday August 11, 2020. I interviewed with Dion on the 13th and started on Monday the 17th. I was very concerned about finding a job during the pandemic especially in manufacturing, but Dion impressed me with the lengths they were going to in order to keep their employees safe.” Her proudest moment working at Dion so far has been getting hired after just three weeks as a temporary worker to official employee.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family, cooking, baseball, and doing anything outside.

Erin’s personal philosophy is to treat others as you want to be treated, which suits her well in her customer-facing role and her close interactions with her coworkers. She advises others in her profession to work hard, take chances, and create a healthy home/work life balance—we can all attest to the importance of that!
