REQUEST A QUOTE ARTWORK GUIDELINES CONTACT US

We want to make sure that you never feel any confusion when you're working with us on your labels or flexible packaging. Here we'll break down every step in our label ordering process so you'll know what to expect from start to finish.

STEP 1: REQUEST QUOTE

The first step to get the ball rolling on your label project is to request a quote. We have a form conveniently located on our website, which is the best place to start. If you are unsure about any of the questions, don’t worry! A label solutions specialist will be following up with you once we receive your quote request to go over the details, and we can always send you label samples or walk you through our different offerings. You can expect to receive your estimate within 24-48 hours of submitting the form, although it will often be ready much sooner.

STEP 2: REVIEW ESTIMATE

Once you’ve received your estimate via email, you should review it thoroughly and talk with your Label Solutions Specialist if you have any questions.

STEP 3: PLACE ORDER

If everything is all set with your estimate, it’s time to go ahead and place your order! Let your label solutions specialist know that you are ready to order, and they’ll make sure they have all the details we need, such as quantities and material.

STEP 4: SUBMIT ART

You will be asked to electronically submit your label art to us. We prefer our secure Citrix fileshare site and we will provide you with a link, but we will honor any method you chose to get us your files. If you have questions about acceptable file formats or anything else artwork related, we recommend you check out our Artwork Guidelines page on our website.

STEP 5: REVIEW YOUR ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

At this point in the order process, your dedicated Customer Services Specialist will be taking over. Your CSS will be your go-to person for the rest of your label ordering process. Our Label Solutions Specialists and CSS teams work closely so the handoff between teams is effortless. They will send you an order acknowledgement via email and introduce themselves if you haven’t spoken before.

STEP 6: PRESS PROOFS

After meticulously reviewing your label art, proofreading, and matching all label specifications to your formal quote, our art team will create a proof for you. We offer electronic PDF proofs with every order, and we can also mail you digitally printed press proofs with the exact material and coating as your final label for an additional charge.

STEP 7: APPROVE PROOF

Once you’ve received your proof (either electronically or physically), please review it carefully to make sure everything looks exactly right. If it does, let your CSS know you approve the proof, and your label will be on it’s way to the press! If you see anything that doesn’t look right, communicate that with us and we will help resolve any issues and get you a new proof for review. Once your proof is approved, your CSS will be able to confirm your delivery date.

GET READY FOR AMAZING LABELS!

It’s that simple! We pride ourselves not only on our outstanding quality labels, but also on our unapparelled customer service, and we believe communication is key. Designing a label can be an involved process; logos, fonts, layout, material, and finish all must be taken into account. Then there’s the product-specific copy and information to include. It’s easy to get hung up on any or all of these things, but don’t forget to consider the importance of color selection While you may be choosing your colors based on your product or on your own color preference, you always want to make sure your colors are communicating the right thing to potential customers.

As part of Inovar Packaging Group, Dion Label Printing is working to creating a world-class enterprise by building an innovative platform to drive sustainable growth and handle the increasingly complex demands of our diverse range of customers. Over the last several years, our parent company Inovar has acquired new facilities at a quick pace, including, most recently: Cimarron Label in Sioux Falls, SD and Amherst Label in Milford, NH. Acquiring is a major part of Inovar’s strategy to grow the company and better serve our customers and our internal teams, and we are concurrently working to expand our capacity, capabilities, and service offerings in other ways. To that end Inovar has recently moved into a newly renovated headquarters building in Dallas, TX. Located just a short distance from Inovar’s previous facility headquarters, the new location was built to showcase the mission of our brand. At triple the size of the last facility, this brand new building with its huge increase in both office and production space will enable us to provide even more solutions and support to our customers. The new facility is not just larger, however. In order to increase our capacity, capabilities, and offerings, and give our customers the highest quality labels and packaging solutions, we’ve added two new flexographic presses and a new digital press. Our Director of Marketing, Ashley Stewart, states, “the additional capacity, services, and embellishment capabilities will greatly increase our ability to meet all the requirements of even the most demanding brands. The team is thrilled to debut the new facility and showcase our capabilities to our existing and future customers.” We also have other expansions in the works. An addition of almost 20,000 additional square feet of production and warehousing space will expand Inovar’s Milwaukee, WI, location, Flexo-Graphics, and its presence in the area. We are excited for the opportunities our growth provides us to continue our rise as a premier label and packaging solution provider. Contact us today and let our growth help fuel yours.
