Brittney, Our Human Resources & Accounting Specialist

Brittney’s responsibilities at Dion are twofold: she is our Human Resources and Accounting Specialist. Her responsibilities include everything from recruiting and onboarding new hires, assisting in benefit enrollment and payroll for employees, and entering and processing vendor payments. While for some this diversity of job functions may be challenging, the variety of tasks and projects are what Brittney loves most about her job.


Brittney was originally drawn to Dion Label Printing because it’s a family-owned company with so many employees and she saw the opportunities it would provide her to learn and grow. She’s now been part of the Dion team for seven years, and during that time she’s watched the company expand and improve. When we asked her about her proudest moment at Dion, she said, “One of my proudest moments being a Dion employee was when the company turned 50. That’s a huge accomplishment for a family-owned company and I am grateful to have been here for it.”


When Brittney is not in the office making sure our employees are taken care of or working on the accounting side of things here, you’ll likely find her exercising, working her side hustle as a photographer, travelling, or visiting zoos and aquariums with her kiddos.

  1.  She almost went on tour as a country singer in high school.
  2.  She went to college for photography and owns her own photography business.
  3.  She grew up locally in West Springfield, but she now lives in her rival town of Agawam.
  4.  She is a fitness enthusiast and almost joined the army to prove she could do well at bootcamp.
  5.  When she finds books she likes, she will read them over and over.


Brittney’s personal philosophy is all about working hard and then reaping the rewards, and if you know her it’s obvious she applies that to all aspects of her life, from her position her at Dion to her dedication to personal health and fitness to her photography business. Her advice for others in her profession is “never stop listening and observing in order to improve,” and we think she’s done a great job at just that in her seven years with Dion!

Parent Company Inovar Continues Growing: New Headquarters in Dallas, TX

As part of Inovar Packaging Group, Dion Label Printing is working to creating a world-class enterprise by building an innovative platform to drive sustainable growth and handle the increasingly complex demands of our diverse range of customers. Over the last several years, our parent company Inovar has acquired new facilities at a quick pace, including, most recently: Cimarron Label in Sioux Falls, SD and Amherst Label in Milford, NH. Acquiring is a major part of Inovar’s strategy to grow the company and better serve our customers and our internal teams, and we are concurrently working to expand our capacity, capabilities, and service offerings in other ways. To that end Inovar has recently moved into a newly renovated headquarters building in Dallas, TX. Located just a short distance from Inovar’s previous facility headquarters, the new location was built to showcase the mission of our brand. At triple the size of the last facility, this brand new building with its huge increase in both office and production space will enable us to provide even more solutions and support to our customers. The new facility is not just larger, however. In order to increase our capacity, capabilities, and offerings, and give our customers the highest quality labels and packaging solutions, we’ve added two new flexographic presses and a new digital press. Our Director of Marketing, Ashley Stewart, states, “the additional capacity, services, and embellishment capabilities will greatly increase our ability to meet all the requirements of even the most demanding brands. The team is thrilled to debut the new facility and showcase our capabilities to our existing and future customers.”  We also have other expansions in the works. An addition of almost 20,000 additional square feet of production and warehousing space will expand Inovar’s Milwaukee, WI, location, Flexo-Graphics, and its presence in the area.
